Aisling’s love of baking began with her childhood where she spent many day’s in the kitchen with her late mother Gobnait. In 2021 Aisling won the National brown bread baking championship which saw her bread stocked in Aldi nationwide from December 2021 to December 2022. Family is at the heart of this thriving business and they have helped Aisling continue to expand her growing range which is now available in most supermarket stores nationwide.

Aisling’s Taste of Home award winning brown bread is handmade in small batches using the finest quality ingredients. Wholesome Wheatgerm, Pinhead Oatmeal and Wholemeal flour are combined with nourishing Irish Buttermilk and Cream to create our nutritious brown bread.

Our second product was launched last year - Aisling’s Protein Loaf. This bread is handmade using Irish Pinhead oatmeal and Wheatbran. It is enriched with Chia and sunflower seeds. This Protein Loaf is created without added sugar and therefore has proven very popular for many people managing a diabetes diagnosis. We are currently working on our third product which we are very excited about. This bread has a strong sustainability focus as well as health and nutritional benefits.
