About Donadea Wagyu

Donadea Farm Wagyu is a family‑run premium beef producer located in County Kildare. Owned by Adam and Jennie Doyle with their twin daughters, the farm combines decades of Irish cattle‑farming tradition with modern sustainable and welfare‑focused practices.

Their Wagyu cattle are carefully bred and raised to deliver richly marbled, tender meat with intense flavour. Committed to ethical and environmentally conscious production, Donadea Farm offers direct‑to‑consumer sales via their online shop, and operates a gourmet food truck for events. Additional to this the opportunity exists to supply directly to restaurants, hotels and artisanal food stores, with The Glenroyal Hotel in Maynooth, Co Kildare currently championing the Wagyu product.

Their ethos emphasises traceability, quality and responsible stewardship, exemplifying Ireland’s growing reputation for artisanal Wagyu beef.
